In the past two years, the two-way plunger type automobile air conditioning compressor developed by Denso Company of Japan adopts the double acting technology. The same cylinders are arranged on both sides of the swashplate. By opening the exhaust valve of the rear cylinder, the exhaust chambers on both sides are connected to the suction chamber. Since the cylinders on both sides simultaneously suck and exhaust air, 50% of the cylinders are unloaded. In addition, the cooling capacity of the original cylinder on one side is now realized by the cylinders on both sides, Therefore, the compressor consumes less power and saves more energy. At present, this product has been widely used in Europe, America and Japan. It can be seen that the use of double acting technology to regulate the ambient temperature and reduce power consumption is the general trend of compressor technology. The product of this project developed by our company adopts double acting technology, which greatly improves the energy efficiency ratio of the product, with better refrigeration effect and reliability, and is suitable for the development trend of international automobile air conditioning compressor.


Air conditioning compressor for new energy vehicles

The power and energy structure of new energy vehicles are very different from those of traditional vehicles, resulting in their requirements for air conditioners are very different from those of traditional vehicles, requiring DC drive, variable volume compression, stable power load, etc. The compressor is the heart of the air conditioner, and the scroll air conditioner compressor is the air conditioner of new energy vehicles. The compressor of this project is a positive displacement compressor, and the compression components are composed of moving scroll and static scroll. The moving scroll plate and the static scroll are two involute scroll volumes with the same shape, but the angular phase position is staggered by 180 degrees. The static scroll is stationary, and the moving scroll rotates eccentrically and horizontally by the action of the crank shaft under the constraint of the special anti rotation mechanism. When working, the two rolls form sealing lines at several places, and the seals at the end faces of the two rolls form crescent shaped air cavities. The sealing line at the common tangent point between the two rolls is transferred along the vortex curve with the revolution around the roll, which makes the shape and size of these crescent shaped air chambers change all the time. The air inlet of the compressor is opened at the upper part of the fixed roll shell. When the eccentric shaft rotates clockwise, the gas enters the suction chamber from the air inlet and is successively absorbed into the crescent shaped air chamber connected with the suction chamber at the periphery. As these peripheral crescent shaped air chambers are closed and no longer connected with the inspiratory chamber, their closed volumes are gradually transferred to the center of the fixed roll and are continuously reduced, and the gas is continuously compressed and the pressure is increased, which is discharged from the exhaust outlet.


Intelligent electronic control compressor for automobile air conditioner
